Take to the water with SUP yoga.
Through the winter we retreat to a warm pool in Egham Surrey, but in the summer we venture outside with the Blue Chip SUP School in Walton-on-Thames to enjoy Mother Nature.
We use inflatable 10”6 x 32” Hatha boards, which are suitable for all abilities - no previous experience required.
SUP Yoga in the swimming pool
What to expect
When you arrive you will be fully briefed on the equipment and what to expect during your SUP yoga class, including what to do if you fall in - it’s fun I promise!
What to wear and bring
You can wear yoga clothes, swimwear or a combination of both! I like to wear a swimsuit under leggings or shorts. Just be prepared to get whatever you wear wet. Bring a towel and a spare set of clothes to change into after class.
If participants have any medical concerns they are advised to contact their doctor in advance of the class. All participants will be advised to confirm they do not have any medical conditions that may make it more likely they will be involved in any incident that may cause injury to themselves or others.
Due to the physical nature and risk of falling, SUP yoga is unsuitable for those that are pregnant.
Maximum weight limit is 100kg.
If classes are cancelled due to COVID19 restrictions you will be able to book for a future date or receive a full refund - the choice is yours! Any classes cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.
If classes are cancelled due to COVID19 restrictions you will be able to rebook at no extra cost or receive a full refund - the choice is yours!
Don’t forget water and a snack!
